Continuous Improvement

  1. We create continuous process flow to bring problems to the surface (if you can’t flow it you don’t know it).
  2. We use standardised work as our foundation for continuous improvement and employee empowerment.
  3. We spread our best practice and share our ideas inside our Group.
  4. We are careful to learn from the best, but we reflect on our experiences and find our own way.
  5. We use visual management to expose problems, inspire improvement and understand situations at a glance.
  6. The annual Policy Deployment process will set challenging goals and measure progress to improve the business continuously based on our experience.
